Successful, energetic, large growing Real Estate office is looking to hire an executive assistant with impressive Real Estate background.
This is a stable full-time position in the Arizona East Valley office. Active in good standing Real Estate license is preferred. This is a FAST paced position that will require a candidate to be able to multi-task for a successful Luxury Short Sale Team. Duties to include but are not limited to: answering phones, distributing messages, entering listings into the MLS, communicating with clients and other agents, runner tasks, email correspondence, and more. Short Sale duties will also include assisting with coordinating with sellers, general office duties, taking BPO photos from time to time, distributing and tracking buyer leads to agents in the office, sending out mailings, transaction coordinating, and more.
Ideal candidate is a fast paced multi tasker, ability to work independently to problem solve, MUST be friendly, a team player, experienced with Word/Excel/Google Docs, and have reliable transportation. Having an active real estate license (or willing to become licensed) is a plus. Salary is negotiable, DOE.
